Will I receive the same product that I see in the Picture?
Yes, you'll receive the exact product as shown in the picture.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt is available in your account dashboard under "Order History." Or you can get it in your email and also in hard copy when you will get your order.
How can I exchange or return an item?
You can exchange/return articles to our Lahore store or via postal address within 21 days of your purchase and claim your refund with receipt. Sales items are also exchangeable & returnable with purchase receipt.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock “ ?
We strive to restock items marked as "out of stock" whenever possible. Keep an eye on our website for updates.
What is the delivery time of online order?
All domestic/local orders are delivered in 2-4 working days on normal days and 4-7 working days during sales. All overseas orders take 8-12 working days to deliver.
